Request deletion for Boring Order Tracker

This page applies to the Boring Order Tracker app for iOS and Android.

Delete directly in the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Account & Data, then Delete app account.
3. Re-authenticate with Apple or Google and confirm deletion.

Local cleanup completes only after the server confirms deletion. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete optional server data.

Request deletion without access to the app

Email info@hosting-fox.de. Include only:

• iOS or Android,
• whether you used Apple or Google sign-in,
• your public community name, if you created one.

We will reply with a secure identity-verification step. Deletion is never triggered solely from freely entered account details.

Data that is deleted

We delete the app account, its sign-in and device links, active sessions, and assignable optional server data. This may include backups, vehicle journal data, AI conversations, comparison/community data, support content, and attachments. Public contributions are deleted or permanently anonymized where appropriate. Local data on a lost or unavailable device can only be removed by deleting the app or the device storage.

Retention and timing

We normally complete a verified request within 30 days. Identity-verification and processing correspondence is retained for no more than 30 days after completion unless law requires otherwise. Legally required transaction records and narrowly scoped security logs may be kept in restricted form for the applicable statutory period. Non-personal, irreversibly anonymized statistics remain.

Security notice

Never send us your Apple or Google password, Tesla credentials, Tesla tokens, complete VINs, or vehicle/order documents. We do not ask for those items to delete an account.
